Privacy Policy

We collect only what is needed to provide previews, paid exports, account access, fraud prevention, and support. We do not sell your personal information or use your media to train AI models.

Media processing

When you choose an MP4 file, your browser extracts its audio track. The original video remains on your device; only the extracted audio is uploaded to our processing provider, fal.ai. MP3 and WAV files are uploaded as audio. For an MP4 export, your browser downloads the processed audio and combines it with the original local video.

File retention and deletion

Uploaded audio and generated audio results are configured to expire automatically and be deleted within 24 hours. Result links stop working after expiration, so download a paid result promptly. We do not keep a server copy of your original video. Closing the browser or deleting a local download does not accelerate the provider’s automatic deletion schedule.

Free previews and abuse prevention

Free previews are limited to one 30-second preview per day. To enforce that limit and prevent concurrent abuse, we create one-way identifiers from the request IP address, a random browser identifier, the date, and a server secret. These daily identifiers are automatically removed after no more than three days; the raw browser identifier stays in your browser. Standard infrastructure logs can include IP address, requested URL, timestamp, and user agent.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in is required only to purchase and use a full export. Google provides a stable account identifier, verified email address, display name, and—when available—profile picture, given and family names, locale, and organization domain. We record login timestamps and counts so your processing history, purchases, and remaining allowances stay associated with the correct account. We never receive your Google password.

Payments

Stripe hosts checkout and processes the payment and billing details you enter. We store Stripe purchase and customer identifiers, the selected plan, payment status, entitlement balance, expiry date, and entitlement events. We do not receive or store full card details.

Processing and account records

We retain operational records such as job identifiers, file fingerprints, duration, status, purchase records, entitlement reservations and restorations, and security events. A fingerprint is a one-way technical identifier, not a copy of your media. These records are used for account history, billing reconciliation, fraud prevention, and support.

Your choices

You may use a preview without creating an account. You can ask for access to or deletion of account information, subject to records we must keep for security, payment, tax, dispute, or legal obligations. Only upload media you are authorized to process.
